This company needs to change and adapt, commit to its promises that are told to its employees and workers, treat everyone validly and fairly, and treat its veterans WITH RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING. Do not undermine and invalidate its employees while boasting how well they treat their workers.

United Rentals is stuck in its ways and refuses to adapt in many facets of operations, business, leadership and management.
