It is a decent job for the most part.
United Rentals does not value their current employees and wastefully spends resources. Retention is not a goal for them, and you are just another number.
This company inly cares about the bottom line. Employees are treated like a number and easily replaced by the way they are treated. Work life balance is a joke and no mayyer how hard you work if you arent in sales or management you are inly getting a $.27 an hour raise.

What's the work from home policy like at United Rentals?
I've only been allowed to work from home during inclement weather.
Slim to none. Only time I've been able to work from home was during inclement weather

where do I find the break down information about medical insurance? I want to know exactly what’s covered, for example ( x-rays, blood work, mammograms, colonoscopy etc. copay for each. There’s not much information on the website.
