He has more than 30 years of experience in the equipment rental industry includes a number of Senior Management positions with Free state Industries Inc., and Equipment Supply from 1979 to 1998. He has been a Director of YRC Worldwide Inc. (Alternate Name Yellow Corp) since July 22, 2011. He serves as Director of United Rentals (North America), Inc. He has been a Director of United Rentals, Inc. since August 25, 2008.
