i have been with Velex for 8 years and is the best company i have ever worked for. with people in positions of power that actually care makes our jobs easier. with the new director of my market that culture is being affected by his dictator way of management.

overall experience has been good but with the constant shifting of upper management and allowing rude obnoxious people to be in positions of power it does stomp moral into the ground.

i feel singled out by my manager and i feel he discriminates against me. i have done a lot for the market and it is not seen or appreciated.

we have created our own culture in my market and have driven everyone to be on board with the culture. our market has the best culture out of any market ive visited.

i have been promised many things by my previous director but with new director all of that changed and denied everything i was told i would get from my previous director and HR

Treating people with respect and stop treating people like a number on a paper. when your director only cares about money and doesnt show he cares for the employees who make the money then it is not good for my team.
