The team feels like family. Personality, work ethic, curiosity and positivity are common traits in each employee. Teams are also cross-involved in projects with each other constantly. Overall, the best things about the team are the close-knit relationships and the camaraderie.

With a small total team, it's great to be able to connect with the CEO to better understand and contribute to overall vision, company goals and big decisions. Very empowering and inclusive!

I really appreciate the encouragement from leadership to try new things and iterate, iterate, iterate!
