wikiHow Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is always available to talk and will make time for any employee. They also listen to feedback and are always open to making changes.

The leadership team is super approachable. I get the sense they really care about the company's mission and my growth + job satisfaction. I also love that it's a women-led team (the CEO and COO are both women). They're amazing leaders.

Leaderahip team is caring and very engaged

Connectedness to people that can make things happen.

I appreciate the availability and transparency from the executive leadership team with employees at any level. With a small total team, it's great to be able to connect with the CEO to better understand and contribute to overall vision, company goals and big decisions. Very empowering and inclusive!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
