
There's an attitude at wikiHow of "small team doing big things" that's really energizing. Everyone has a bigger picture in mind, versus at other companies people seek individual credit or say stuff like "that's not my job". Feels like mission plays a much bigger role than ego at wikiHow.
Everyone is great to work with
My manager who is open to hearing feedback, and takes action on it (or lets me take action on it).
The people are positive, the CEO is empowering, and the hours and project needs are flexible. Asking questions is encouraged, and sharing (learnings, life tips... even lunch) goes without saying! It's a very supportive culture.
