What makes you most happy at work?
I like being given opportunities to learn and grow. I get to see what other people are doing, and co workers are happy to answer my questions or jump in and help me with something I'm trying to do. If I feel stuck, my manager works with me to find ways to make work more engaging.
Structure. Which I don't always get because of other priorities that arise, but I work hard to define a structure for each day and then execute on that mission.
I really appreciate the encouragement from leadership to try new things and iterate, iterate, iterate! It's so motivating to be able to work on projects that I care about, and feel like I can express my creativity in problem-solving. I feel like the combo of freedom and support is so rare elsewhere.
