I have been working at wikiHow since 2009, first as Chief Operating Officer, then as President and Chief Operating Officer, and the last four years as CEO. I am an engineer turned product manager who then became an expert in operations, strategy, and monetization, which eventually led to me becoming a CEO. I am proud of my accomplishments in scaling a startup to an established leader with profitable growth.
