I really can't say what I like about the interview process just went doing the interview please interview the people to make sure this job is right for them cuz once they get hired they work a day or two and then they quit

I love my team some of them work hard some of them are okay but most of us we do our job we do what we ask to do or what we are told to do we make it feel like a good place to work

It's the fact I've been with the company so long I learned so much and know so much that I even do management work I truly love my job I love the people I'm working with but it's just the pay rate is not enough for me for me to be there 10 years and I'm just at $12.75 that's not right I work hard.
