The workload for the pay isn’t worth staying, being nagged about not doing everything when your the only one in your department. Managers don’t help their employees. It’s a very toxic work enviro

I feel undervalued because as a customer service assistant who works as a front end supervisor, the specialist undermines us at every move. The management offers us no support when dealing with difficult customers. This company is supposed to offer a good work environment but does anything but that.
