Everyone helps one another when we get busy
My immediate manager is open to our input, but we all understand her hands are tied.

we have some what diversity .
The bakery manager and the associates there work in the bakery department
Its mostly high school and college kids so they're fun to be around
Theres one manager that actually cares
We all try to keep it light. We work with the public so we all try to help each other keep a positive attitude.
My produce manager knows how to guide us in the right direction without degrading or yelling at us
Mist of the associates are friendly, but the best part to me compared to my previous job is the professionlism of the Store Manager an d H.R. manager.

It's all love everyone know everyone when you and me or something they come together as one to help another person out we just stick by each other side at work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not to be so bias,get to know all of your employees and not just the favorites.

People that have a positive attitude! Also that are willing and able to work!!

Moral was terrible. The employees need to stop complaining in front of customers, they need to smile and they all need to follow the company policies.

They need to get involved, not just command, humans being, common sense
Treat your employees, especially your most loyal ones, with a high level of value & be compensated accordingly. Not pushed & pushed to unrealistic expectations, without any positive feedback, awareness/care, or compensation. Don't offer your most loyal employees severance or a drop in pay & to PT.
