They need to get involved, not just command, humans being, common sense
Treat your employees, especially your most loyal ones, with a high level of value & be compensated accordingly. Not pushed & pushed to unrealistic expectations, without any positive feedback, awareness/care, or compensation. Don't offer your most loyal employees severance or a drop in pay & to PT.

Nothing is ever going to change
