That was a long time ago when things were simple and easy
Nothing, wasn't told how much i would get paid and got hired for the produce Department and than got transferred to the meat department without a pay raise
I really can't say what I like about the interview process just went doing the interview please interview the people to make sure this job is right for them cuz once they get hired they work a day or two and then they quit
Managers asked great questions about what I desired in a company
The H. R. Manager was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It wasnt a long drawn out process. I feel They based my hire on my work history and not age, color or anything else.
Had to help him conduct his interview properly and not cross the line
They answered all my questions and very easy to talk too

They do not want input. They dictate everything. Nothing is based on experience and what you bring to the table.
That they offer an alternative as to where you want yo work and nit lie about having offerrd you a job or have called snd sdk you to tske sn alternative position. Which in my case the manager clsims he did
They hire on the spot with most employees because of how desperate for help the store is, so they hire a lot of people that just cause more problems and don’t like to work. So actually interview the people you’re hiring would help a
