I don't. All they do is pass on what corporate wants, no matter. They do not stand up for the employees in.any way. Like Holidays, we are paid straight time only. So why should we give up holidays with our families to meet corporate income expectations?

If you have a manager that everyone thinks is rude and dont talk to people in a descent manner they need to be documented and let go just as you would anyone else.

communication, responsibility, showing they care, taking action when people get sick with covid instead of not letting anyone know they were in contact with a covid positive person, makinh sure their empoyees are happy and healthy

My manager Is a dictator and has no people skills.

I understand its a business,but try treating the employees like they are actual people, who have their own lives and problems, and understand that they can't always be at the store.If its their day off or sick they shouldn't to be bullied.
