The department manager was a great team leader. He was fair firm and showed great care for a well run department. He kept us working as a team and coaching us to do better and enjoy being the best we could be.

You're being led by managers that you never have that position which is making the whole company dysfunctional
I was doing my training on a freezing room and coworkers were takking away where i could not hear the trsining voice on the computet. Very rude

Most of my co workers are essy to work with and get along with. There are a handful that have a victim complex and take eveythung that is said to them offensive

The turnover is abundant. Everyday is its own struggle and everyday you're basically just re-training over and over, while still trying to get your job done efficiently and take care of the customers and give them the level of service that you know is right.
There needs to be improvement in standards and communication. If everyone is held to a standard & works as a team, things go smoothly
