Many members of leadership team are clearly out of their element, and resort to defensiveness and lack of transparency. These members or leadership discourage attempts to improve culture and sustainable practices. Really a change in leadership is required. New CEO as of 2017 is a step to change.

The Administrative team needs to be treated fairly, and respectful of ourselves to take the time to have an offsite and support one another. We are constantly supporting engineers, but our own cohesion and improvement is often neglected.

Leadership needs to be attentive to the issues that hurt culture and employee faith in the team to make sound decisions to improve performance with internal and external customers. Current team is more concerned about their own paycheck than health, growth, and sustainability of the company.
