Imagine yourself at some point in the future at this job, perhaps 1, 2 or 5 year anniversary. What have you accomplished? learned? championed?

Based on whatever information the interviewee has told me, I would twist the scenario a bit to be analogous to scenarios relevant to the current job being interviewed and ask how they would handle the issue
What's the worst/funniest bug you've shipped to production?
What - in detail - was the worst technical decision you ever made?
Write a function to find the nth root of an integer. You get to have some math fun and explore optimizations.
