My father, no matter how much racist talk, sexual harassment, misogyny, hate speech, etc... being spread at work, you are there to do a job & you should always try to do your best, no matter what, just the way I was raised.
Working with those who try their hardest. If I'm with someone at work who doesn't do their best, neither do I.
The patients and their needs. It is also rewarding when they take the time to go out of their way to compliment and or express their positive experience having me as their medical assistant
Others, competition and the desire to make something as good as possible so I can show it
I work in Healthcare. Every day thousands of patients come to my workplace and my skills are required to deliver them proper health services. Huge motivation for me.
I get inspired when I get something finished.
I'm grateful for my job and love what I do. Panera is a nice company to work for. My GM is the best.
Being within 5-7 years of retirement, I am inspired to do my best because I would like this to be my last job before retiring. I don’t want to screw up and have to look for another job.
The satisfaction of doing a good work
The people I work with, if we all work together the day goes by smoothly
A motivated team and the chance to change the world.
Performing my best at work is by default. There's no inspiration needed.
My own self, my family.
Having a boss you can trust and has your best interest in mind. Great pay and benefits
Appreciation from upper management via money.
The opportunity to make a positive impact and directly contribute to the growth and profitability of the company via cutting-edge people processes
Keeping our members and their families in the forefront of my mind. My job matters. It's not just another task to perform, it affects a family with a sick kid or someone with an injury who entrusted us with their healthcare. Keeping that individual person in my mind gives me the motivation to do my best everyday.
Family, instilled hard work ethic, and the chance to make a difference in the world everyday.
Loving my job. "Find a job that you love and you never go to work a day in your life." Ernest Bentz
