Questions like..How much am I going to make? Do I have to work weekends/evenings? Can I have a day off when I want? References that say potential hire was consistantly late for work or not showing up at all. Being late for an interview. Dressed inappropriately for an interview. Texting while interviewing. And the list goes on!

I'm not a fan of interviewees who bring their parents to a job interview. They are immediately dismissed. Also, anyone who asks about what the company can do for them (benefits and time off) too early in the process is not a candidate I would consider further.

Inconsistencies between their verbal statements and their CV, indications of narcissism and a lack of humility, pre-rehearsed responses to questions indicating a weak grasp of the subject matter of the questions.
