    Aimco apartment home management looks at the last name to see if it sounds African American so they don’t hire! It’s a fact blacks are referred Too as gettho and Criminals and low life! Employment and apartments are not made available to African-Americans!!! Aimco management is using Jim Crow era practices

    Grammer. Misspelled words. Attention to detail. If they have held multiple jobs within a short amount of time, a cover letter would help to understand the short tenure.

    Misspelled words and poor grammar. Having more than two consecutive jobs for less than a year, unless they show significant advancement. Even then I would question why.
