Affordable health care coverage, now paying over five times what I paid a couple years ago for much less coverage.
I dont have any ideas at the moment.
Don't want to be too greedy for now. All seems right.
Increase payment time to time based on amount of worked years
A couple extra comp days a year. Incentives besides money, gift cards are nice,
I would like the option to pay a bit extra for my vision and dental for better benefits. My husband's job allows them to pay a very small monthly fee for greatly increased vision and dental benefits.
Internet expense compensation for remote workers
Extra holidays linked to goals
Being in sales I like a good expense account for client entertainment and travel
No more sick days, no more floating holidays, no more vacation. Just give me "PTO" and the federal holidays off. Oh, and also a weekly fresh fruit basket.
Insurance included, pension (not 401k) more time off (vac, sick, personal)
Unlimited PTO or pay out PTO.
A month of time off for every three years of not taking a leave of absence. New parents get four months of time off but I had only a few days sick time to spend with my dad when he was dying, one week bereavement after and I used the few vacation days I had.
Comp days for travel days
A raise every once in awhile. Maybe a bonus and being recognized for your hard work. I would also like to be able to purchase an additional week of vacation like many other companies let you do.
- 401k - Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Ability to roll over a portion of my vacation days if not used.
401K Maternity Leave An extra paid week vacation after 3 years
Fitness Benefit (with proof of membership of course) but to any fitness program you want not just the one in the complex our office is in.
I would like for there to be a bonus package. Pretty much everything is standard and nothing stands out to me.
I would love to actually see the company give regular pay increases every year.
yearly bonus, 401k match.
Matching on 401k contributions.
Being able to make your own schedule.
Real pay for the mentors with real recognition. This would create employee engagement and a desire for others to join the mentorship program.
More vacation/sick time. More $ for professional development.
