    Yes, since I run a gym, wellness is part of our culture. We encourage our staff and members to do quick stretch or mobility sessions daily—especially for those working long shifts.     No. But we do have a fitness center available to us in our office.

    No. We have a gym, but it is completely voluntary and we must sign a liability waiver to use it.

    Not as many as other companies I've been at. They do reimburse for gym memberships (out of luck though if you choose other ways to exercise) and they offer massages.

    Yes, Health IQ has in-office exercise equipment (full gym, spin bikes, jungle gym, treadmill desks, yoga/meditation room. Employees have dedicated workout time each day and on-site instructors 2-3 days per week.
