Our schedule can change if we need different days and times. It works out nicely for everyone. That's about the only incentive.

Commission, contest trips and half day full day fridays off
There are none. Well, maybe one where you get paid to dupe a qualified individual to work here.
Nothing out of the ordinary in monetary terms. However plenty of flexibility is a great intangible perk.
