Bad mouthing my former company on an interview
Got nervous and didn't show my full capabilities.
Telling the hiring manager that I didn't have the best judgment in hiring other staff.
I did not answer all questions asked.
Not being honest and acting like I knew how to do a job I was not really dualities for.
Giving off more information then I was required too.
not having enough confidence in myself
The biggest mistake is to not know anything about the company you are interviewing for.
Saying that I’m nervous. Never admit that you’re nervous. Be very comfortable.
Get a little negative on my response to a question.
Not leaving when a hostile interviewer asked inappropriate questions.
I told the manager I wasn’t good at what they were asking about.
Is not to acknowledge that is a crucial part of the process to hire you! So sell yourself the best way as possible, but be honest and ask everything that you are not sure about the job. Good luck!
Got caugh in major highway traffic caused by construction. Even though I had done a test drive to know how long to get there, I was a few minutes late. HR person made some excuse that he had a sales team meeting and couldn’t meet with me. Never heard back.
