Ask your peers for help! It's never a terrible thing to learn onvthe job from someone who may have better tech skills than you. Also, do some homework. Use the internet for lessons. Most of the time you can find examples on how to use certain programs or software on sites like YouTube.

There is a plethora of free tech learning videos, classes & information available from YouTube & various other sources online. Also, pay attention to, listen & watch the younger folks, most will be more than willing to help, teach & show you how to use the many technological tools available, older or younger all had to learn somewhere, or from someone.

Stay in touch with what is going on. If you hear about a piece of technology on the news, look it up. Don't be that person at work that says, I don't know how to use say "Excel" so I'll get someone else to do it. You're only hurting yourself.
