Few information to ask this one
what did it say in your handbook or merit has it own rewards
Check company policy. Should have been asked at the interview. Otherwise 1 year.
If you feel that you already deserve a raise, then you didn't negotiate your original starting pay very well, or your ninety (90) day review (if you got one,) was a missed opportunity. Though if you feel you deserve more, ask for your boss/manager for a review. Here at Century you would be lucky to get your yearly review within months of hire date & already know that obtaining a raise is doubtful as no matter who you are & your capabilities that you can be easily replaced with someone willing to work for less.
you should be due one, never heards to ask
6 months is fine. Make a list of the responsibilities that have been ADDED since your hire and use this and your recorded performance as your rationale for asking.
If they can't see your worth in 3 month it is time to go.
Probably too soon. Should wait until the annual review cycle.
Ask for a 6 month evaluation. Then a raise
If you feel comfortable and believe you are doing a good job, ask.
Everyone thinks they should be making more work hard and it will be noticed
Can you articulate the value you've brought to justify a raise?
1 year, unless your workload overwhelming demonstrates your efforts
