Starts playing on his phone or eyes starting to wander
Loss of eye contact
Trying to cut your answers short, saying things like I dont know if we already filled it, or we are interviewing many people and we will let you know. Anything short of basically hiring you right there is not good
If the interviewer is constantly trying to talk you out of the job, I would say that is a sure sign. Also, if they turn everything you say into some kind of negative, it's likely you aren't getting the job.
Facial expressions & body language, but since you don't know the interviewer, never judge or assume that you are reading them appropriately & just do your best to present yourself openly & honestly. They don't have to "like," you.
They lose eye contact and do not encourage interaction.
Be truthfull and worry not, If you are not the person for the job they will tell you up front
instead of having a conversation, asking "prefixed" questions
There's a certain look in the eyes...you'll know it when you see it!!!!!
I would look for disengaged body language and how interested they seem in your responses. Do they ask any follow up questions? Also if they check their phone that's a bad sign.
They show signs of being disinterested with how you're answering questions (not making eye contact, fidgeting, etc).
The uninterested conversation about you and your work achievements
Body language. Looking at other co-workers. Rushing through the questions.
when they dive deeply into something you already said you are not an expert
Short attention span to your answers, body language, and not letting you finish talking.
