whenever you are comfortable
Just before taking maternity leave.
Announce your pregnancy as soon as you know for certain that there will be no ill feelings, backlash, or other bad outcome from your pregnancy or your upcoming time off. You will need to determine when that moment is for you, every office dynamic is different.
After 3months of pregnancy
You're not required to say anything. They can't ask due to hiipa. Tell people on your terms.
Not until you have figured out how to pay for insurance & other essentials without the job. Make sure you have your unemployment paperwork filled out and ready or found another place that will be understanding & help you through it.
After 1st trimester is over.
Make better call of reports
The same time you would tell friends and acquaintances
Whenever you feel comfortable doing it and not before then!
Whenever the person feels comfortable disclosing that information.
No correct time. Truthfully it's no one's business. However, before you do, put thought into what your plans are for after the baby is born. Present it in a way that demonstrates your desire to make sure it has minimal effect on the business.
Never or whenever you want to. It is your decision and should not be an employment issue. If it is. Go to your HR immediately.
after 3 month, once the baby is safely in place
That should be up to the individual, but it is always safer to wait until the end of the first trimester.
When you find out your pregnant?
When you absolutely, 100%, have to. Not earlier. You will be treated differently.
100% no. This is not something your employer needs to know and can only lead to trouble/discrimination. Tell your friends, but don't get management involved until it is time for maternity leave.
Whenever you want it’s your choice.
Don't. Just call it your food baby and ask co-workers if they are gonna finish that sandwich...
Probably depends on your workplace and context. Where I work this would be celebrated, but I can imagine some hostile environments where it might not be. Also it depends on what you mean by "announce". To use a silly example: if at a large company, if every time someone became pregnant they used the PA to audibly "announce" a pregnancy, that would quickly get distracting. But if you work with a team, it's probably the kind of thing you could elect to share if you're comfortable with that. FWIW, folks are going to find out sooner or later.
