I'm a blessed person who only needs five hours for a full night's sleep. If I only get two hours I am very careful to watch my attitude. I generally take calming hergs, like valerian, and also try to remember not to drink too much coffee. I tell myself it's for a limited time and when I'm done I get to sleep. I can white knuckle with a smile on my face. But the best solution is to make sure I get enough sleep. It's not difficult to do. I live alone and all of my children are grown, so it's my responsibility and very little interferes.
During break time, take a power nap.
5 hour energy morning and pm
Maybe have some coffee or an energy drink & try to hold it together.
Same as always
Ouch. Coffee and 5 hour energy. More importantly don't do this again, and re-pritotize work. Sleep 8 hours period - your health comes first, can't really add value if you burn out #truestory
Do not make any pivotal decisions, if need be, consult with a trusted colleague. Lack of sleep could impact practical judgement.
Flexible work schedule as long as the employee doesn't take advantage of it.
Stay focused on assigned task and stay busy so fatigue won’t creep into workday.
Caffeine and stay busy
Coffee, shirt walks and lots of bathroom breaks
Coffee, lots of it
Take it slow. Measure your responses to confrontation carefully. Drink coffee and a lot of water.
Ride everyone elses energy
Coffee and help from your team
You can't function properly with out rest
Take a nap
No issue. Easy. Often don’t sleep at all and work 48 hours straight to get the job done. Do what is needed to succeed.
Coffee and a nice walk outside midday.
