Ask around for recommendations of people to ask and set up regular meeting with whomever you choose. Make sure you have specific questions ready when you meet with your mentors, as otherwise you will just end up wasting both your time.

Some accompanied have formal programs with assigned mentors. Other than that ask around- who's an experienced employee with valuable expertise? Often people are pleased to share their knowledge. Just be sure you are sensitive to their busy schedule. I'd just ask them if they'd be willing to share professional advice when they have time. If so, arrange a good time and have a few questions ready to get things going. You should be able to build up a professional relationship that way over time.

Ask for it. Talk to your management and let them know you feel you can be better at what you do with the right mentorship and that you desire someone seasoned to learn from.

Map out a plan of action and speak with your manager. Nothing is worse than just asking for something without an action plan. That just screams "do for me".
