How I can add value immediately to a company due to my years of experience in a number of areas, my work ethic, commitment, skill st and education. "Over qualified" is what I've heard. Having a high performing person on any team who can also mentor and work with peers, subordinates, and senior management seems to be over looked today. I am older and wiser now and I see many companies fail because they are not self critical and think they have the right product, strategy, intelligence. People working, thinking, and collaborating makes a company better, robust, and successful.

In most positions that are not part-time, setting goals or expectations of what you would like to see in a prospective employer is often #1 for me. Many disagree with this approach - and to a certain extent it's a judgment call. It helps both you and the prospective employer understand if the position is a good fit for both. And for the job seeker it helps them understand if this position is worth continued pursuit or not.
