How should I respond in an interview when they ask my why I want to work there?

I’m looking for a position that offers new challenges as well as a place where I can bring my experience to the table. My research has shown me that this is the company where I can accomplish this.

Honesty Is always my policy. If it's the money or actual job I would be honest.

Tell them why and if you don’t have that answer before you applied you shouldn’t be there

Honestly. Going beyond simply the money & benefits is certainly worthwhile, though! Find at least one aspect of the position or the employer which you find Desirable; one of each is better still. Failing other possibilities, you may always fall back upon some form of "I enjoy new challenges."

Answer honestly. Hopefully, there is something in the Mission and Values statement that appeal to you.

Find qualities that match with the company.

You respect the organization and their leaders.

You'll have to lie unless you're desperate.
