Whenever you want, its up to you. People say that working at something you love is never working at all. But being below the poverty line is also work in it self. Determine your true needs, and make sure you are addressing them. Some people just need family and food on the table. Some people need rolexs and admiration or they think they are dying.
When it's time to slow down. When a better opportunity comes along.
When you have a better opportunity that you can benefit from it if the job you lob does not provide a opportunity for personal growth or financial stability for you. No matter how much you love your job you need to do what you need to do.
When any part of that job is toxic or dysfunctional... and yes, it is possible to be in a toxic job, which also happens to be your dream job. It makes leaving VERY difficult, but do it for your emotional, mental and physical health.
The answer will be different for all, if you truly love it, stick with it. If you are considering leaving there must be something you don't love.
Any time. Life is short. If you don't want to be at a job then don't be there.
When you can find another job that you will love just as much and make a bit more money or learn new skills.
