The managers need to follow the rules or the new employees won't learn. As in, no phone use, no vaping inside of store by underage employees, no illegal drug sales, no eating of candy full of known allergens, no attempts to physically intimidate employees
I don't think that new drivers of less than 90 days should be paid the same rate as drivers who've been there over 4 years, especially when all they did was look at their phones repeatedly while I was washing dishes, scraping pans, folding boxes, and cleaning the Hobart mixer and cheese grater!
