they are helpful, and everything we do is as a team. I wish there was better communication from the top and that people followed processes better - but the people are good.

There's just a lot of initiatives, and it's awesome that we have so much we want to do. But some are so unrealistic and it's not doable because skipping steps creates more problems, but it's very high-stress job - there's a ton expected of you when you literally can only do so much
