
The company is in bad need of a UNION. You either burnout and quit or eventually get fired at 1901 for questioning the large number of 'KnowledgeBase articles' thst are poorly written, don't work, or make allowances for abnormal scenarios
This is an absolutety terrible place to work. The local media has no idea what it's like to work at (and couldn't care less) in this IT call center sweatshop. Little room for advancement, terrible lack of training, and constant stressful work environment are the norm here. Time the truth came out
