
I love my team and want to see them succeed.
I don't think that our salaries are as competitive as they should be.
My input appears to be valued by my VP and is sent up the ladder when appropriate. The Leadership team seems like they are trying to be more modern and flexible in terms of the way they are letting us work the way we want (WFH, hours, etc).
People seem open to a more individualized approach to the way others work and encourage individual needs; we have a fun group of people; the environment is casual in the sense that people can be themselves; Leadership appears to be more understanding that people have lives outside of work.
