Need more opportunities to learn skills to advance our careers.
The leadership team should value lower level employees more instead of only caring about higher ups. They also need to be more communicative of company's goals and HOW they are going to reach them. Communication between departments is lacking at times.
We consistently are taking on more work and responsibilities for the same pay. Novus blames covid for this, but this has been happening even BEFORE covid started. Higher ups don't care to get to know lower level employees or appreciate us. Novus needs to give better raises and reward the achievers.
