It's a pretty tight environment, plenty of people hang out on their own outside the office. Stuff like occasional "Fridays out" or Halloween parties in the office definitely happen. We just had a big Open House where Ann Arbor businesses and our local customers came into the office to enjoy music, food and drinks.
