The nature of the work is to help those in need. With that, the case coordinators and team leads collaborate and support each other in order to reach the (forgotten by HR/leadership) goal - help people.
The BOMs or DMs were recently "promoted" in a very secretive, abrupt way. They are very judgmental of the rest of the staff and sit high on their pedestals that the HR manager has blatantly put them on.
The salaries listed here are very inaccurate. Starting salary for a case coordinator (which is the title/job all employees other than IT start out as) is $36,000 and raises are not offered until employees have their 1 year review.
All of the team leads are exceptional. They are approachable and helpful whenever they are needed. They support their team and each other in all aspects of the job, yet some team leads are frowned upon by the "leadership" team because they stand their ground and advocate for their co-workers.
