Energetic, motivated, and happy crowd.
My team is the best. i know we care about each other more than anything, but we'll also work really hard to get the company in a good spot. We aren't perfect, but we try to be good examples for anyone around us.
Teams at Marrick are very collaborative, and are always working together to grow the company and help people. You can count on teammates to help you reach your goals.
Everyone really cares about each other and Marrick
All of the team leads are exceptional. They are approachable and helpful whenever they are needed. They support their team and each other in all aspects of the job, yet some team leads are frowned upon by the "leadership" team because they stand their ground and advocate for their co-workers.
