What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most passionate, compassionate, and dedicated leaders I've ever known. Perry Rickel and Naul Manthe are great businessmen, family men, and leaders. I have learned much and will continue to learn all that I can from these guys. Thank you Marrick and thank you Perry and Naul!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The BOMs or DMs were recently "promoted" in a very secretive, abrupt way. They are very judgmental of the rest of the staff and sit high on their pedestals that the HR manager has blatantly put them on.
