This is truly the best job I've ever had. I do not dread coming in to work on Mondays and I feel like the company really cares about their employees. I feel blessed to be a part of the team.

This company is a little over 10 years old, it's still learning how to retain good employees - but we're on the right track. We are set up for success every day. The growth plan that was created gives us a direction and a path.

Everyone is approachable and they care!

The BOMs or DMs were recently "promoted" in a very secretive, abrupt way. They are very judgmental of the rest of the staff and sit high on their pedestals that the HR manager has blatantly put them on.

Fair, Direct, understandable terms and hurdles. Very unique in this industry.

Our benefits outweigh our compensation. The company gives us so much more than just $. Our CEO and President lead us to be the best people we can be inside and outside of this office. I couldn't be more grateful to work here.

For a relatively small company the benefits are amazing. The 401k match is incredible.

The salaries listed here are very inaccurate. Starting salary for a case coordinator (which is the title/job all employees other than IT start out as) is $36,000 and raises are not offered until employees have their 1 year review.

My team is the best. i know we care about each other more than anything, but we'll also work really hard to get the company in a good spot. We aren't perfect, but we try to be good examples for anyone around us.

All of the team leads are exceptional. They are approachable and helpful whenever they are needed. They support their team and each other in all aspects of the job, yet some team leads are frowned upon by the "leadership" team because they stand their ground and advocate for their co-workers.

We are a family, everyone loves each other and cares about one another. I love that if someone asks how your weekend was, you know they genuinely want to know and are wanting the best for you.

The President and CEO have absolutely nailed the company culture. It’s clear that the focus is on helping as many people as we can, and on growing personally and professionally.

The culture is allowed to be driven by each individual employee and not from top down.

It was a group interview where you got to meet people from different teams and it didn't feel like you were being grilled
