Re the Recruiting Leadership - overall they are trchnically strong but let let down by one individual who is disruptive and hard to work with
My divisional leadership team is generally good - the most senior are great but there are some that I would say is average but nice to work with
I didn't realise that I was brought in at the lower end of the scale & whilst I get top end increases, it will take many years to bring me up to market rate for my role
In comparison to the wider market (ie not just tech) im paid well but believe that my contributions warrant a higher compensation than my current However I am also prepared to show that I'm deserving of a larger compensation package
