They need to get better at production and stop trying to be so nice. Our local leaders try too hard to make their employees happy instead of trying to make them earn their pay.
Too much drama and negativity everyday. There is too much focus on the drama and none on production. The leaders at our local plant try to make negative employees happy, instead of getting rid of them. We fire NO ONE !!
Most of the people that are hired in the last 5-7 years, do not care about anything, including the company's future. They feel they deserve a paycheck for doing nothing. Management needs to nip some of these attitudes in the bud to transform the attitude plant-wide.
I was hired several years ago and the process has changed. When I was hired, I had to pass a written test, which has now been eliminated. The test showed the company that I was smart enough to do the job. That made me feel more confident going in for the interview and having success at my position.
