Most of the people that are hired in the last 5-7 years, do not care about anything, including the company's future. They feel they deserve a paycheck for doing nothing. Management needs to nip some of these attitudes in the bud to transform the attitude plant-wide.

There is no blame game or finger pointing, only lessons learned and how to do things better promotes a more positive atmosphere.

We need an entire overhaul, we need to quit lying to our customers and stealing from them. We need real leadership who understand people and take responsibility

What did you like most about the interview process?
They mostly outsource this to foreign workers

I was hired several years ago and the process has changed. When I was hired, I had to pass a written test, which has now been eliminated. The test showed the company that I was smart enough to do the job. That made me feel more confident going in for the interview and having success at my position.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well lets see, my bosses lie to me, lie to the customers, and to corporate, they lie about policies and WE DONT HAVE AN HR REPRESENTATIVE, so our bosses are just running our company into the ground and dont care. There is no punishment for being a bad employee, no reward for being a good one.

Too much drama and negativity everyday. There is too much focus on the drama and none on production. The leaders at our local plant try to make negative employees happy, instead of getting rid of them. We fire NO ONE !!
