I don’t remember much about the interview, but I do recall leaving the room knowing in my heart that I would get the job. My manager back then was a good guy and we got along great. I do not understand the current hiring process since they keep hiring totally unqualified individuals.

I was hired several years ago and the process has changed. When I was hired, I had to pass a written test, which has now been eliminated. The test showed the company that I was smart enough to do the job. That made me feel more confident going in for the interview and having success at my position.
