- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I got higher position without being fairly paid. Experienced people do not earn as much as people that came from outside. It seems it's normal nowadays, to change job every 2 years to be paid fairly.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Maybe actually do an interview and ascertain what skillsets and abilities a person can actually bring and utilize that as an asset. I went and initialed boxes regarding pages i read in a binder about the job.
