leadership, management, and how to deal with people
Wrong people in management wrong information given by lower managers to high executives
Become leader and stand for their clients interests
good place to start work
They need to get better at production and stop trying to be so nice. Our local leaders try too hard to make their employees happy instead of trying to make them earn their pay.

Not as per market norms
I got higher position without being fairly paid. Experienced people do not earn as much as people that came from outside. It seems it's normal nowadays, to change job every 2 years to be paid fairly.
not enough compare to my qualification and experience
better allowances is required to cover the expenses.
Yes, I do feel undervalued
Following rules and expectation of the company. HR to make sure they do.

Stonehouse has s field of which iis being used by one of the service centre employees this us never advertised for other to have the opertunity to use it, what funds are paid for the use of the field how are they paid, can we see clarity of how they are paid ,and a fair system for others to use
I love my coworkers……but, there is A LOT of drama. Again, this is due to the lack of leadership and accountability. When employees can do as they please, you have anarchy, not productivity.
Review from Product Dept
Most of the people that are hired in the last 5-7 years, do not care about anything, including the company's future. They feel they deserve a paycheck for doing nothing. Management needs to nip some of these attitudes in the bud to transform the attitude plant-wide.
Review from Operations Dept
Less wavering, take decisions quicker, lead
Total overall unproffesional clear dead wood from management
We need an entire overhaul, we need to quit lying to our customers and stealing from them. We need real leadership who understand people and take responsibility
Review from Operations Dept
more communicaiton. explain what is the strategy and brand purpose of ABB. Break more the barriers between departments,
Replacement of numerous managers in senior and middle management; less bureaucracy
Maybe actually do an interview and ascertain what skillsets and abilities a person can actually bring and utilize that as an asset. I went and initialed boxes regarding pages i read in a binder about the job.

Understanding workers no thought process in management
Well lets see, my bosses lie to me, lie to the customers, and to corporate, they lie about policies and WE DONT HAVE AN HR REPRESENTATIVE, so our bosses are just running our company into the ground and dont care. There is no punishment for being a bad employee, no reward for being a good one.
Review from Operations Dept
high business pressure and micromanagement
Review from Sales Dept
Lack of accountability. Our plant has an attitude problem. They have become entitled, lazy workers. They want to be paid but do not want to work, or help ABB succeed. You fix it by making employees accountable for their work and getting rid of those that do not care about ABB.
Review from Product Dept
Too much drama and negativity everyday. There is too much focus on the drama and none on production. The leaders at our local plant try to make negative employees happy, instead of getting rid of them. We fire NO ONE !!
Review from Operations Dept
Communication, adherence to processes; defined processes.
