Frequent open communication on company status, goals, vision and execution plans to accomplish those goals.
The most selfless and humble people I've worked with make this a wonderful place. Morale is high and the future looks bright

Fair for the area and the level. Includes a generous incentive offer when goals are met.
I am compensated well enough to not have to worry about anything, but there is large potential upside with equity growth

The balance of everything: great compensation, great coworkers, culture I align with, sense of purpose, etc. Nothing is lacking
Even if someone makes a mistake everyone is ready to jump in to help VS criticize. Work is challenging and makes an impact.
